De Europese Centrale Bank (ECB) presenteerde maandag haar nieuwe, definitieve monetaire strategie. De inflatiedoelstelling blijft twee procent, maar zowel te hoge als te lage inflatiecijfers krijgen nu meer aandacht. Afwijkingen aan beide kanten zijn ongewenst. En daar gaat het meteen al fout, zegt macro-econoom Edin Mujagic.
