A former editor of Boxing News, Tris has long been one of the most respected figures in British boxing journalism.
And he has a new book out.
It's called Damage; The Untold Story of Brain Trauma in Boxing. It's a must read for everyone who really cares about the sport, absolutely everyone. It's the kind of book that could bring about real change and it was fascinating to talk to Tris about how he came to write it.
And we also took him back to his early days as a journalist, including his treks to all corners of the USA in search of old champions. It was great fun.
