Judd and Declan recap all the rules changes for MLB in 2020. Including universal DH, the runner at 2nd base in extra innings, pitchers being allowed to use a wet towel instead of licking their fingers, three batter minimum for pitchers, suspended games can be picked back up pre 5 innings and re-entry of players in spring training games.
