Carissa, a single mom who struggled with chronic anxiety and depression, shares her heart, her journey, and how one person, Jessie Lee, helped her believe in herself and evolve to a level she had never even imagined. (Carissa and I both believe JL was with us during this show to continue inspiring others like she always did.) This episode is a beautiful reminder of the human spirit and how even in the face of loss, love remains.
