She joins us today to tell us how she is making up for lost time. Creating the first of many mind-blowing cognacs which are making bartenders sit back and rethink everything they knew about the spirit.

- Cawston Rhubarb & Apple soda
Take a highball glass and top with ice. Serve with a rhubarb twist.
