Why is contactless payment on public transport taking so long?

What needs to be done to prevent animal cruelty?
A horrific killing of a stag occurred in Newbridge House in Donnabate in the early hours of Wednesday morning. The stag, who was 8 years old, was one of 16 Irish red deer.
