Tom Fredricks speaks of retirement and his very full career as a ballet dancer in New York and Switzerland, marketing and tour director for the Houston Ballet for ten years, and co-running the Santa Cruz based Cabrillo Festival of Contemporary Music for over 20 years including it's transformation from a bankrupt organization into the world renowned festival it is now. Tom studies undergraduate work at Notre Dame, and holds an MBA from Stanford Business School.
