Texas Tech Physicians and Texas Tech Health Sciences Center have ended their contract with UnitedHealthcare due to stagnant reimbursement rates for over a decade, causing patient care costs to surge. Starting April 1st, patients in Lubbock and surrounding areas must find in-network providers.
