Dina Jeffries, a Lubbock native and CEO of the South Plains Food Bank, leverages her pioneering spirit and military-influenced leadership to combat food insecurity in west Texas. Starting her nonprofit work overseas, she returned to Lubbock to lead Ronald McDonald House Charities. Amidst the pandemic, she stepped into her Food Bank role, distributing food and fostering community trust. Now, she drives the mission to end hunger across 35 cities, empowering women and fostering strong leaders in west Texas.
