Mike Johnson is proving to be a dishonest leader as Speaker of the House, and it's got to stop. Johnson has consistently backed reckless funding bills, including a $6 billion increase to military spending and continued debt ceiling hikes. Despite his claims of fiscal responsibility, his voting record tells a different story. His leadership has allowed Congress to operate without transparency, avoiding single-issue bills and continuing the status quo of irresponsible governance.
It’s time for real accountability. Congress must pass single-item bills, uphold constitutional spending practices, and bring transparency back to government. If leaders like Mike Johnson refuse to make these changes, they must be replaced.
