This episode of Loving Later Life is brought to you from my bed. Yes. My bed. This was the only way it was going to happen. I had to give myself permission to let go of the process and procedure I had held myself to and allow myself to do it in a way that was better for me this time.
That is when I discovered that this episode had to be about giving ourselves permission to do what we need to feel our best, forsaking all other plans and forsaking all others, period.
