We strive to be part of the action, whether it's through participating in team sports, diving headfirst into a cold Maine lake, or even just cheering on a favorite sports team. Athletics, like many aspects of modern life, is a highly personal pursuit. Some people naturally gravitate towards group sports, while others prefer more solo activities.
