The show features candid discussions about sex, masturbation and sexting.
These subjects can be disproportionately under-discussed in South Asian communities due to myriad cultural reasons, which is something Rubina and Poppy hope to address.
On the show, the duo discuss why they wanted to launch their podcast and how they hope it will help young women reshape their views on sex and dating today and ultimately feel more confident in their skin.
Poppy also opens up about being in an arranged marriage at the age of 20.
