Intuition is seeing with the senses of the soul. It brings insight and knowing beyond the limitation of the mind. It brings forth what is true with great clarity. If only we listen! I know this to be rue and regard it as the quiet power within. The voice of love is always speaking. Do we really hear? It comes to us in many forms such as a gut feeling, quiet whisper, repeated messages, signs and synchronicities. As said by masters, we are spiritual beings having a human experience. We are love, and love is our natural state of being. When we anchor in the power of love, we become our authentic selves and experience the freedom to express ourselves in the world. Mired in fear, we resort to external solutions that leave us distraught with much uncertainty on our life's journey. Listenting to the voice of love takes practice. It is the carte blanche to true freedom and always there for us to access. Hear the voice of love and invite intuition into your life through down time, soulful engagement, authentic writing, creative inspiration and unwavering trust. Dr. Jean Marie highlights each. Ep 30WHY YOU MUST LEARN TO FLOW LIKE THE RIVER TO FLOURISH IN LIFE

There's a river in each of us that knows no boundaries. The image of water provides an outward reflection of our inner self. Like the surging power of a rapidly flowing river, life can be unpredictable without knowing where it may lead. However, we have the innate capacity to navigate change with grace and ease. This requires faith and trust in ourselves and knowing that we are on the right path for forwarding movement. The sustainer of life, water is a gift of nature that nourishes our entire well being. Associated with qualities of ever-changing emotions, feelings and intutition, going inward we can connect to our true selves and embrace change. Marked by ancient and traditional ceremonies around the world and integrated with other forms of healing, meditations and blessings, our sacred connection to water nurtures our collective spirit. Water inititation rituals support our life's journey by surrendering to what we do not know and taking us just where we need to be. During the time spent in the Himalayas, immersed in nature and surrounded by breathtaking views, majestic mountains, pristine rivers and waterfalls, my mind, body and soul were refereshed. Keenly observing the rivers flowing downstream, gently washing over obstacles and meandering around rocks embedded in the stream, nothing stopped the natural flow. Taking time for journaling and self-reflection, I became one with the river and felt a profound sense of serentity. When we are out of the flow, we feel dammed up, stagnant, and out of balance resulting in stress and anxiety. When we are in sync, like the flow of the river, we trust our decisions and know that we are divinely guided. Water consciousness has a deep symbolic meaning that shows us the dynamic fludidity of nature moving through cycles, rhythms, and patterns representing change and transformation. Connect with the sacred flow of the river to be healthier, happier and more creative. Flourish like the river to achieve clarity, patience, freedom, goodness, and endurance as you move forward on your path to achieve the life you desire. Dr. Jean Marie highlights each. Our Love In Action practice is twofold. Reflect and journal on challenges you faced and overcame. What did you learn? How did you grow? What was the outcome. How are you all the better for it. Build on the lessons and the blessings. Next, reflect and journal on what you are trying to hold on to and control that you need to let go. Why are you holding on? How can you love yourself more, surrender and release the reins of control? Feel free to share your insights and experiences: Email: [email protected] Dr. Jean Marie closes with her excerpts on Self-Flourish and Divine Flow.

Ep 25BE TRUE TO YOURSELF

Ep 234 UNIVERSAL PRINCIPLES FOR CONSCIOUS LOVING

Love influences the consciousness of individuals and impacts society and the world at large. Achieving the highest level of consciousness is to live in the vibration of love, our natural state of being. As a result of our current world challenge and problems witnessed daily, we have an opportunity to enter a new era of evolution. Now, we are discerning what life is all about and what really matters. We are sorting out deep conditioned beliefs and society values that no longer reflect who we are nor serve our highest good. Love is fundamental to human existence. However, fear-based prejudices and attitudes have shaped our worldview and perceptions of ourselves. This reality is different from the reality of love. Despite our need for human bonding and social connection, our prison of suffering is created by separation, ignorance and injustice. It's time to discard outworn beliefs, become free, and raise our consciousness to the vibration of love. As referenced, love is the solution to our problems, but it is also our greatest challenge. Love is the light that shines in our hearts, the doorway to inner peace, path to Oneness, and the lamp that guides our way forward. Therefore, the meaning of love extends far beyond expressions of mere sentiments and objects of love. It is the ultimate driver of our lives. Ep 22HOW TO SEEK TRUTH AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT

The knowledge of truth is empowering and guides us to an ethical manner of living and being in the worldand guides us to purposeful living. Truth is the symbol of light and love. We are shaped by our values and beliefs that may be questioned as we become more self-aware and may find ourselves on a quest for truth to make sense of our mortal existence. Truth, defined in the Cambridge dictionary, is the quality of honesty and not containing or telling lies. Truth is important and frees us from ignorance, corruption and needless suffering. Loss of freedom is evident in misinformation and lack of truth that impinge on our personal freedom. In today's time, we are confronted with the traps of untruths that infiltrate organizations, media and other establishments and influence our beliefs and interactions with others. It leads to deceit, damaged reputations and decreased trust. Many are seeking justice and human dignity worldwide because of corruption, greed and lack of compassion. Unfortunately, we witness leadership motivated by intense craving for power and greed that lead to self-destruction and harm to others. The self-centeredness and excessive longing for acquistion and material gain at any cost, may be the result of maladaptive behaviors and unresolved feelings that cannot be fulfilled outwardly. This behavior is demonstrated in all facets of socity where truth is sacrificed for personal favors and gain with no regard for human welfare. Truth always prevail. Seek, hear, learn and love it. Truthfulness matters to society as a whole and enables us to grow and learn from life experiences. Truth can be achieved by the following five strategies: Be sincere, Adopt a critical thinking mindset, Be your own yardstick, Keep a healthy balance and Live your truth. Dr. Jean Marie highlights each. Our 'Love In Action Practice' practice is to live your truth. Journal on your beliefs and values. How do they make you feel? How are you living? What are you saying? Ep 21SPIRITUAL PRIVILEGE IS YOUR DIVINE BIRTHRIGHT

In all fractions of society, we witness those flauting privilege and entitlement with a deisre for special treatment and benefits. Being self-absorbed without regard for others and blinded by their true essence, self-worth is exaggerated with an insatiable desire for more. Often at the core, many are battling feelings of insecurity and lack of self-confidence that cannot be fillled with material possessions or recognition. This insensistivity to others magnifies injustice and breeds envy, resentment and violence with demands for equality and justice. We all have the desire to live well and experience the best of life. Beyond that which is bestowed upon us by mortal beings is the spiritual privilege that is our diving birthright. Aside from the common views of society, on a higher level, spiritual privilege is endowed and inherent in each person and does not have to be sought after, earned, or approved by others. It does not come from our parents, job, or group membership but directly from Divine Source. Action springing from this identity provides real freedom, stability, and security that sustain us regardless of life circumstances. When we feel spiritually privileged, we know who we truly are and our source of infinite supply. Ep 19THE POWER OF A NEW CHAPTER, NEW BEGINNING

Are you stuck in the story of who you think you are? How can you release the past and let go? How can you learn the lessons? In my book, Living in the Spirit of Love: Our Natural State of Being, I sharethe transformational Power of Sankofa that inspired me to look back, take what is valuable, and move forward to write a new chapter in my life, a new love story. A quote from the West African Translation of Sankofa speaks to our life's journey, "We must go back and reclaim our past so we can move forward; So we can understand how and why we came to be who we are". The Sankofa is a mythical and metaphorical symbol used by the Akan people of Ghana depicted as a bird with its feet pointed forward and head turned backward taking an egg from its back. This powerful exotic symbol is an expression of the value of reaching back to knowledge gained in the past and bring it into the present in order to make positive progress. It's time to let go, release fear and write a new 'Love Story' for your life. Dr. Jean Marie highlights the following precepts: Choose freedom, Dream big, Flow with Life, Live Intimately and Find beauty in everyday life. This enables you to create a new vision for your life and take inspired action to make your dreams a reality. You have the power. The Love In Action Practice is twofold. First, journal on challenges overcome and how you have become better and more resilient. Second, journal on your dreams that you would like to manifest in your life. Write down the details. Ep 187 KEYS TO SPIRITUAL FREEDOM

How does it feel to be free? What does freedom mean to you? How can you truly be free?Freedom is essential to our human nature and a condition for happiness and well-being. Liberty and true happiness are paramount to moral living. Trapped in fear and abandoning feedom, we create our own prison. Whether living in bondage from the past, indulging in self-condemning thoughts or limiting self-imposed constraints and beliefs, we inhibit our capacity to be free and realize our true potential. When we are free from fear, we feel in control of ourselves and aspire to become the best we can be. Spiritual freedom, natural freedom that does not have to be earned or sought-after, ultimately guides us toward optimum personal growth and self-discovery. A freedom mindset informs how we feel, think and respond to ourselves and the world around us. When we know what is right and true, we release struggle and move gracefully with the flow of life. Creating true happiness and liberty sustains moral freedom with rules of conduct to live in harmony and wo what is right and go beyond selfish motives for pleasure and gain. In the context of interdependence, it gives us a sense of community when we contribute to and understand how our collective and individual decisions impact humanity. Through the lens of spiritual freedom, we can change our outlook and perspective on life. Each one of us can seek inner freedom that liberates our spirit by abiding in truth and love. Dr. Jean Marie shares '7 Keys to Spiritual Freedom': Freedom to be you, freedom of expression, freedom of choice, freedom through connection, freedom through grace, freedom through spiritual practice, and adopting a freedom mindset The 'Love in Action Practice' is to journal on what freedom means to you, how you moved beyond self-limiting restraints, and what are current barriers to being free. Ep 17HOW TO LIVE A SPIRITUALLY ABUNDANT LIFE

Spiritual abundance gives us a fresh view and appreciation for the fullness of life. What is enough? What is a satisfied life? What is a successful life? The strong ambition to succeed, advance and have higher aspirations is admirable. The illusion of satisfaction, comfort and insatiable desire for status and material abundance leavess us languishing for more and often comparing ourselves to others. Endless struggle for external achievement to find happiness leaves us with a hollow victory and a need to fill this emptiness at the core. Our human experience is fraught with constant change, loss and the process of recovery; but our spiritual essence is unchanging and eternal. Abundance is our birthright and surrounds us in our daily life. The wealth of abudance includes the beauty of nature, laughter of children, wisdom of elders, inspiration and expression from creative arts. Spiritual abundance brings everlasting peace and joy and can be achieved by being generous, content, simplistic and gracious. Dr. Jean Marie hightlights each. The Love In Action practice is about 'Generosity', an ingredient in the 'Recipe of Love'. Reflect and journal on times when you received an unexpected helping hand from someone or divine blessing just at the right time. Second, reflect and journal on times when you extended a helping hand to someone. How did this make you feel? Ep 15WHAT RELATIONSHIPS CAN SHOW US ABOUT OURSELVES

What are your relationships revealing? Do you see what you really need to see? How can you learn to be better? We learn in the context of our relationships, and the world is a looking glass reflecting back what we need to know. Our innate desire is to have nurturing and intimate relationships, experience good friendships, and have positive interations with others. Relationships, whether in our personal lives, work, community and any setting, show us what we need to know about ourselves. We all have a desire to feel a sense of belonging; and to be respected, valued, and appreciated. What we give is reflected back to us; and it is just what we need to grow and be better. We often live our lives with detached reflection. As Stella Terill Mann state, "The daily mirror test will help us see many parts of the truth about ourselves". Thought provoking self-reflection enables us to take inventory of ourselves; and to build, revive and renew our connection with others. Relationships are mirrors. In this episode, Dr. Jean Marie reveals empowering life lessions that can inspire us to self-reflect, heal, let go and love. The Love In Action Practice is to reflect on your relationships. Are they adding to or subtracting from your wellbeing. Are they draining or restorative? Are they healing or and bring ease and comfort or destructive? What role are you contributing? Ep 7EMBODY LOVE AND SUSTAIN THE CHANGE: PATIENCE, AN INGREDIENT OF LOVE

Love is not something new to learn. We are love at our core. Love is inherent and the essence of who we truly are. Due to deep conditioned fear and faulty beliefs, we forget our truth. Lift yourself by embodying the higher ideals of love to achieve self-mastery. Becoming the master of your self is the ultimate empowerment that requires awareness and practice. Our thoughts and feeling determine our state of being. Knowing your truth, you appreciate your uniqueness and emulate your divine self. The mind is unruly, it will set you back if you are not alert. Each present moment is an opportunity to reclaim your power. The power that lies within frees you from external forces that diminish your capacity to love. Sustain the change with practice (mental alertness, monitoring our thoughts, feelings and actions). Then express yourself in a different way, which is self-reinforcing. Dr. Jean Marie shares the "Wholistic Model of Love", adopted from Henry Drummond, who analyzed love that includes nine ingredients in her assessment of the "Recipe of Love": Patience, humility, generosity, courtesy, kindness, unselfishness, good temper, guilessness and sincerity. Ep 6CONVERSATIONS ON LOVE: KNOWING AND UNDERSTANDING OURSELVES

Knowing ourselves and becoming who we are meant to be is an onging endeavor by overcoming and developing a healthy relationship with ourselves. The old adage, "To Thine Own Self Be True" is like looking at ourselves through our own mirror to authentically understand and accept ourselves; and acknowlege our strengths and capabilities for self discovery. As we endeavor on our life's journey, it is up to us to find our way home to ourselves. Dr. Jean Marie explores aspects of ourselves including the shadow self (broken and wounded), the human self (personality self driven by ego and influenced by external sources) and divine love (the power and true self). She emphasizes that the more we separate from our true selves, the more our shadow selves emerge from the hidden, dark side. After many blows, we become fractured and wounded. Some relationships become transactional and conditional, based on our adherence to the established rules of measuring up. We operate from a fear-based mindset. Moving away from the center of divine love, we search for love externally, which seems endless. Highlights from her article, Finding Yourself, previously published in Sivana East, include: Live from the heart, Fulfill your passion and potential, Learn from relationships and Attune to nature provides insights on become wholeheartedly centered and grounded. HOW EMOTIONS IMPACT YOUR HEALTH WITH DR. MILLY DIERICX

Health is closely related to our emotional states. Emotions arise as a consequence of events, but they are interpreted through our personal histories. While our histories have many layers, most are stored in the unconscious mind. Negative emotions are based on fear and affet the body by subjecting it to stress, which in turn is the cause of most illnesses, and what is stress but fear? Fear of not being enough, of not getting the promotion, of losing your job, of being rejected, of not being loved. Other negative emotions, which all have their basis on fear, affect us in other ways also. Stress is prologed over time. The body's response to fear/stress occurs in one of three ways: fight, flight or freeze. The body fills with stress harmones designed to facilitate these responses. When our body is afraid, all cells pause their metabolic functions. The immune system weakens, and our circulation constricts, preparing the body for an imminent attack. Prolonged fear, or stress, causes all kinds of physical symptons, such as headaches, stomach upset, frequent infections, eating problems, anxiety, high blood pressure, food intolerances, and many other disorders. The body is exhausted from constantly preparign to fight or flee, even though this doesn't happen. When the body has invested all its resources in dealing with what it's perceiving as immediate danger, it has very few left to eprform other vital functions, such as maintaining the immune system, detoxifying organs, or repairing tissues. No wonder we get sick! BIO Dr. Milly Diericx Dr. Milly Diericx is an energy therapist and a hypnotherapist. She arrived at these techniques after going through all conventional options for healing her Lupus Erythematosus Systemicus (an autoimmune disease). Traditional medicine only offered ways to diminish the symptons, causing all kinds of side effects, but no real solutions She refuesed to give up on life and searched for alternative options, the one that worked she studied and now she offers them to anyone who is interested, having tested their effectiveness on herself. After alterntive healing techniques, she became interested in the workings of the deep mind. She studied a Masters in Ericksonian Psychotherapy, and then specialized in past life regressions, Life Between Lives and conscious expansion. This profoundly spiritual work gives great clarity about the self, life's purpose and mission, and the agreements that brought us to our present life story. She later immersed in the grief process through a Ph.D. in Thanatology. Dr. Milly now contineus her trajectory with 'The Konscio Method' in which she compiles all her knowledge and experience, using different methods to heal the levels of consciousness, helping people expand their consicousness and reach ever higher levels of coherence, inner peace and wellbeing. THE WISDOM PATH PROJECT AND WISDOM LEADERSHIP

In order to enact the change we need in this world we need to renew our committment to leadership based on service to others and a recognition that every person is sacred. Ian Haycroft, joining us from Australia, is the Founder of ClearMindWay. Ian supports the awakening of as many people as possible, so that together we can build and sustain peaceful and just communities. His work with businesses, teams, groups and communities is focused on the impact of awakening on the world we all live in. Our planet and our communities are faced with existential issues that cry out for an awakened approach to solutions. Ian believes that the most effective soultions will come from the wisdom with each of us. In this episode, Ian will talk about the Wisdom Path Project and Wisdom Leadership. The idea of service leadership or servant leadership is not a new one. Though not novel, it is, in Ian's view, centrally important, and honoured more in the failure than in the applicaiton. The most successful leadership approach is for the leader to be the servant of those they lead. This leadership approach rests on a clear set of values, and therefore how to treat beings of such value. Not complicated, just difficult. The idea has much deeper historical roots. Look at the teachings about leadership of the Tao Te Ching, Confucious, Plato, Jesus or Gandhi. Each in their own way point to the importance of the values of dignity, humility, forgiveness, courage, sacrifice an service, at the centre of good leadership. In more recent time, we look at examples of Abraham Lincoln, Vaclav Havel, Martin Luther King, Jr. or Nelson Mandela. Each a servant leader. Join us in this inspiring episode! BIO: IAN HAYCROFT Ian Haycroft searched for many ways to be free. Some of those efforts fialed miserably, and some of them opened doors he had not even imagined. Born in Australia, he started meditating when a young man. Based on some of his experiences with meditation, Ian went to India to "find my guru" in 1977. His one year trip away ened up being a journey of 21 years. From india he hitch-hiked through Europe and the United States. In the United States, Ian met his wife Kim. He was there for twenty years, and it was there they had six children. He worked and helped Kim raise their children, and tried to figure out what life meant in amongst the daily challenges of working and being a parent. In 1995 Ian started working in China, and 1996 they moved to China where he was General Manager of a vegetable export company. His years in China were instructive and challenging. Being exhausted and with his family in need of stability, they moved back to Australia. Ian discoveres Kinesiology and a way to serve people o their path to freedom for himself as well. He serves beyond the confines of a clinic in Australia and reach out to the world who might benefit from what he has learned. https://www.theclearmindway.com

RETIRMENT... The Ups and Downs with Lynda Dyer

Why is it that some people thrive in retirement while others struggle? It is our perception of what society thinks of retirees? Is it the presumed lack of productivity? Is it a financial blow to our ego and lifestyle? There is an old saying that when our children are born we can't wait for them to crawl, walk and talk. Then we are quick to tell them to "sit down and shut up". Our older parents, who gave us all of their lives, resources, finances, love and knowledge are quite often neglected when they get older rather than given a helping hand. Many retirees struggle and begin eating more or drinking more to fill the "gap". Lynda Dyer, Certified NLP Trainer & Master Trainer of Matrix Therapies, #1 Best-Selling Author of 'You Can Make It Happen AGE Is An Attitude', will share how to age elegantly and make positive life choices. In Lynda's Ted X talk on 'Happiness is a Choice', she spoke about how Governments quite often measure their country doing well by the GDP and not on Attitude or level of Happiness of its peoples. If we are socialized to 'be productive', Is it a dent to the ego to have to 'retire' from our productive life? If our 'productivity' gives us the finances for our lifestyle, are we prepared to let that source of income go? Can we 'reduce' our workload and find greater balance? Lynda Dyer will share retirement challenges, productive volunteer experiences, and strategies for giving back and living a joyful life. Lynda Dyer is the Director of Mind Power Global Pty Ltd. She was one of 58 people from around the world filmed for "The Secret" because she lives her material. She has recently been included as one of "The Masters" with other Secret Teachers at the Masters Gathering in San Diego USA. She is a Certified Professional Trainer in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). She is also an International Speaker, Author and Transformational Coach. As a trainer of trainers in health and fitness she offers a holistic approach to her coaching and training. She cured herself of the debilitating autoimmune disease of Lupus. She also assisted the earthquake victims in China by writing and translating 5,000 copies of her "Good Grief" book and delivering them personally. As a student, she dressed up as a man to travel to England to find her Dad's family. You won't want to miss this lady. You will laugh and cry when you hear her amazing stories. She travels the globe as an inspiration to many around the world with her passion and zest for empowering others to "be" more.
