Show Notes

California is facing a dangerous shift in self-defense laws with AB 1333, a bill introduced by Assemblymember Rick Chavez Zbur that would change the state from a Castle Doctrine state to a Duty to Retreat state. This means law-abiding citizens would be legally required to consider fleeing before defending themselves, creating dangerous hesitation in life-or-death situations while doing nothing to stop criminals. I’ve reached out to Assemblymember Zbur’s office and my own representative for comment because we need good-faith conversations about public safety. We must stand up for our right to self-defense—share this video, contact your representatives, and say NO to AB 1333!
