Today's episode teaches the importance of what we call the thought download. A thought download, or TDL as we call it in the No BS membership, is a journal entry. It's your daily dear diary. TDLs are the backbone of what we teach, because you're not overeating because there's food in front of you. You're overeating because of what you're thinking.
