In this episode Graeme and Jeff Johnson discuss the alleged lie that Max Sica was at home all night on Sunday, the only time he did not have an alibi. Jeff goes into detail in matters where police apparently failed to take statements or refused to take statements from witnesses. Jeff Johnson has been working pro bono as Max Sica’s solicitor for 3 years. He provides a fascinating insight to the ‘behind the scenes’ work involved in preparing a petition in a murder case.
