150 years ago Gawlerites were loudly celebrating the achievement of the eight hours day, 100 years ago skating was proving popular, 50 years ago Wasleys was preparing for its centennial celebrations, 25 years ago the paper highlighted a plea to soccer parents and 10 years ago there were plans to move the war memorial.
