Kirn Young Kim, a former honor student convicted for his role in a 1992 New Years Eve murder, is fighting to overturn his conviction after more than a decade in prison. Kim, who served as a lookout during the killing of Stuart Tay, was charged under an old state law that held him accountable for murder.
