Dr. Selden C. Beebe, Long Beachs cherished pediatrician for over five decades, passed away at 91. Treating over 200,000 children, he was known for his colorful Hawaiian shirts and fun stickers. Retiring in 2021, he served on key medical boards and followed a family tradition of medicine. Colleagues and family remember him as an ideal pediatrician who loved helping kids and families. A celebration of his life will be held on March 12th at Old Ranch Country Club.
