Tonight, Bob and Kevin review the long roadtrip Bob took from New York to Texas to Oklahoma and then back to New York. You'll hear about the goals of the trip and how Bob got to spend time wrangling cattle like a real man. A few highlights to mention here: hunting swamps with a coon dog in tow, almost burying the truck in the middle of no where, Prairie Dog gets the call to hunt some midwestern birds, hunting with Memphis, etc.
Then we dig into some Q&A from people. Some of the topics include: why good duck dogs need discipline, expectations of a young dog, holding birds vs bumpers and proper force fetch. We also talk about the benefits of floating food and how to fix a hard-mouthed dog, what comes first: collar conditioning or force fetch and then we dig into the difference between American, British and English Labs.
