TAKE THAT NCAA! WVU players decide to take the NCAA TO COURT over Eligibility!
This is a big one, folks. This is the one we were hoping to see coming. Better late than never as 4 of WVU's most IMPORTANT players have filed for an injunction in court in WV vs the NCAA! I think this is a strategic move to counter the NCAA from being able to counter these claims possibly!
