Utah and Oklahoma State are among most important games for Arizona State Sun Devils football in 2024

Arizona State Sun Devils football is a little over two months away from the kickoff of their 2024 season and there are expectations for this program to be improved from where they were a year ago. Now in Kenny Dillingham's second season in Tempe, the Sun Devils make a transition from the PAC-12 Conference to the Big 12 Conference where the competition gets steeper and the program will want to establish itself as one of the better teams from day one. To do so, Arizona State Sun Devils football most view these games, besides Arizona, as their most important: Utah, Oklahoma State, Wyoming, and Texas State. These four games may not all be winnable, but they are among the most crucial to the success and story of the Sun Devils' 2024 season. Utah and Oklahoma State will be benchmark games in the Big 12 and will help establish rivalries in their new conference. Wyoming and Texas State may not be powerhouse teams, but they are games that Arizona State should and therefore must win.
