Cole Martin among the most important transfers for Arizona State Sun Devils football in 2024

After looking at the incoming freshmen class for the Arizona State Sun Devils football team, we focus on the new faces who came to Tempe, Arizona via the NCAA Transfer Portal. The Sun Devils went all-in on the Transfer Portal, adding 30 players on both sides of the football. Several players will inherit large roles for the team, none more so than Sam Leavitt - the presumed QB1 to start the season. Beyond Levitt, the Sun Devils have several needs that need to be filled with pivotal players like Jordan Clark, who transferred out of the program last season. Incomers like Cole Martin and Jeff Clark look to fill voids on defense, which will have a significant effect on the success of the defensive side of the ball. The offense will need help as well, and guys like Chamon Metayer can be constants needed for a youngster like Leavitt. With 30 transfers coming to the Arizona State Sun Devils football program, there's no shortage of guys who could inherit key roles in 2024.
