The Atlanta Braves were unable to cash in on a couple of late chances as the Chicago White Sox held on for a 3-2 victory on Tuesday, their first of the season.
Grant McAuley and Jake Mastroianni of Locked on Braves break down the night, which included a matchup of two starters that were moving from the bullpen to the rotation this season. Reynald Lopez was sharp in his Braves debut, but Garrett Crochet delivered a gem for the White Sox. Marcell Ozuna's two solo-homers were all the offense Atlanta could muster as a pair of late rallies fizzled in the eighth and ninth innings.
