The New Orleans Saints and Derek Carr may finally he headed towards a decision on surgery and status for the 2025 NFL regular season. The New Orleans Saints could roll the dice on a quarterback in this year's draft not named Shedeur Sanders and Jalen Milroe would be a very interesting choice. The New Orleans Saints could be heading in to the 2025 season without Derek Carr, and it may have been by his own doing. The Saints and Carr look to heading towards a separation, one way or another. Either Carr's season is on the brink of unavailability because of his shoulder injury or he's on his way out due to forcing his way out.
