The New Orleans Saints shouldn't be interested in quarterback Kirk Cousins. He isn't the answer for the Saints' quarterback situation, despite speculation. Instead, the team's focus should be on young passers that could be a part of their future like Spencer Rattler and Tyler Shough.
Instead of adding a veteran quarterback it would make sense for the team to bolster its defensive line with potential signing Jonathan Bullard.
Derek Carr and Ryan Ramczyk's retirement processing delays shouldn't worry fans. It's a common post-June 1 occurrence that doesn't impact the team's financial plans. The Saints might capitalize on surprise transactions across the league, potentially addressing needs at wide receiver, offensive tackle, or cornerback.
