Overtime Heartbreak | Predators Comeback Falls Short Against Wild
The Nashville Predators' attempt at another miraculous comeback fails as they fall to the Minnesota Wild, 6-5, in overtime on Wednesday at Bridgestone Arena. Matt Boldy had a hat trick in the first period before the Predators cameback from two goals down twice to take their first lead of the game in the third period. The Wild would tie it up and take a lead before Roman Josi forced overtime. Defensive woes have been a key issue for the Predators and with the Trade Deadline coming up, it could be something General Manager Barry Trotz will assess. This was also Nashville's final home game before the Olympic break, traveling to Washington for the final game before the break against the Capitals.
