Farm Friday! Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Andrew Painter looks like an ace in the making

On today's show, we're diving into the Philadelphia Phillies farm system to try and uncover some gems. Single-A has recent draftee OF Justin Crawford (#4) and OF/1B Jordan Viars (#12). High-A Jersey Shore, the BlueClaws, has intriguing 2021 IFA 2B Hoo Yu Lee (#13) and the rehabbing Christian McGowan (#18), who had TJ. Double-A Reading (which we mispronounced in the show - it's "Redding" - is the Fightin' Phils and has one of our favorite pitching prospects, the insanely toolsy Andrew Painter (#1), as well as RHP Mick Abel (#2) and a trip of intriguing outfielders, Johan Rojas (#5), Ethan Wilson (#10), and Jhailyn Ortiz (#15). Triple-A Lehigh Valley, the IronPigs, have the third member of the lethal Reading rotation in RHP Griff McGarry (#3), who has some of the best stuff in the system but also has control issues, as well as flawed pitching prospects Hans Crouse (#6), Erik Miller (#7), and Francisco Morales (#8) who are all talented but have some sort of glaring flaw to fix before they can pan out at the MLB level.
