ESPN drops a new Top 50 prospects WITH 2023 MLB Draft eligibles in there!

Kylie did us a solid and removed guys likely to graduate soon, as well as adding this summer's MLB Draft eligibles to where they'd come in on the board after the draft. There's NO ONE in the 65 FV tier, with only 16 players in the 60 FV tier. Is SS Marcelo Mayer (BOS) really a top three prospect? How wild is it that C Ethan Salas (SDP) is at 28? We then look at guys who improved their valuations a full grade up to 50 FV, specifically pitchers Ben Brown (CHC) and Andrew Abbott (CIN) - which of these guys got artificially juiced by the AA Southern League tacky baseball?
