Jase Richardson did not put up gaudy numbers in his Summer League debut, but he still stood out, making an impact in several facets. It was a good showing for him to build on as he showed his competitiveness and fire.
He was not alone as Tristan da Silva and Noah Penda also had good showings to open Summer League. The Magic have something to build on, even in defeat.
The Magic are still trying to build up their offense. They have made two coaching hires aimed at improving the defense. And some of the changes may be on display in Summer League.
