Alabama A&M offensive tackle Carson Vinson had a strong week of practice at the Senior Bowl leading Kyle Krabbs to say he is playing his way into being a fringe top-100 stratosphere. Emory Hunt adds that AAMU schedule likely helped Vinson transition easier.
Howard has now lost 4 games in a row, but because only one was a MEAC game. The latest loss to Hampton was devastating, however. Alcorn WBB's upset of Southern University pushes the Jaguars into a tie with AAMU and Jackson State.
Despite being winless in CAA play, NCAT suspended their top 2 scorers, hurting their chances of breaking their losing streak.
