Show Notes

Have you ever felt so grateful for your life. Or your health. Or a good report? It’s a whole new level of gratitude like I’ve never experienced before. Gratitude. That’s what I want to talk about this week. It’s hard to be grateful for cancer. The notion sounds ridiculous. And yet when I wrote the book, “Grace Through the Darkness” in 2021 chapter 8 reflects how I was feeling 3 years ago.

A quote from Steve Maraboli’s book “Life, the Truth, and Being Free,”

“Forget yesterday - it has already forgotten you.

Don't sweat tomorrow – you haven't even met.

Instead, open your eyes and your heart to a truly precious gift - today.”

If we can’t find something to be grateful for, what if we strive for acceptance?? Acceptance may eventually lead you to gratitude but at least the acceptance phase could bring you peace.
