In this episode, Rich downloads his brain and gives us the history on his own life. We wanted listeners to have an opportunity to get to know each host, and Rich was volunteered for to go first. Rich dives into his history with his family, growing up Catholic, his college days, and how he met his wife Lisa. He talks about fatherhood, and what it means to be a dad to three kids. He shares his journey in business with some huge brand names he's worked with, and how biohacking is changing his life. He's come to a place where he is seeking out how to grow his life, not just be a bystander.
