In this powerful episode, Jonathan interviews holistic counsellor, coach & mentor Katherine McLean, who dealt with childhood family violence an turned to traditional means of coping by abusing alcohol and drugs. She began the long, slow journey of rebuild her life and overcoming her own addictions by handing over her life to a higher power and practicing surrendering on a daily basis. She developed a meaningful story of connection by reparenting herself, growing through her traumas, and learning from them. Her work led her to create healing outstanding content on different platforms.
