I talk about what to do when you have hit a plateau and how to keep motivated if you have a big weight loss goal that seems daunting. 

Trigger warning if you are anti diet culture or against talking about weight loss this is not the episode for you. This is so a beautiful woman that wants to personally lose a significant amount of weight because it will impact her life in a positive way.
