You don't have time to workout everyday, I get that. As a mom it is hard to schedule in time to workout with all the things we have to do. But I am here to tell you - you don't have to workout everyday! And actually working out less might be what your body needs to bust through your weight loss plateau. It does not help to our hormones to push through or make no excuses. You have probably been told these lies before - but let me set you free from a big fitness myth!
