I shared my meal planning / weekly menu planning strategy on Instagram and it is so simple that I wanted to share with you here!
The steps are simple
1. look at what you have in your freezer, fridge, and pantry and that sparks some meal ideas.
2. ask your family
3. select 2-3 options for breakfast, lunch, and snacks to have as choices throughout the week
4. 4 dinners ( I don't assign nights but you could)
