Steven is a pioneer of Shadow Work and the author of the new book, 'Turning Within: Reclaim Your Soul from Shadow' which is a top Amazon new release in the New Thought category. Steven specializes in helping individuals reclaim their true selves from the depths of their subconscious.

During our conversation, Steven shared what shadow work is and what to expect in a shadow work ceremony.

We also unpacked so much of the wisdom found in his new book, Turning Within (one of my current favorite books!). We went deep, and I always love chatting with Steven because he is a true genius on this topic.
