Originally, I was going to talk about eating frogs, but then I looked at something interesting. Y'all know I love to do CrossFit but that I injured my back moving a clothes dryer and have taken some time off right? But like all CrossFitters, I do tend to keep up on what is going on there. Well today, CrossFit corporate pulled out of Facebook and Instagram - and better yet, they published why. So we will talk about opting out or Orwellian manipulation.
