- Shop straight off of manufacturer’s websites to get the best prices, most options, and freshest products
- When we go out to eat we are paying for more than just the food- we are paying the staff, the ambiance, and so much more
- Fruit is one of the best ways to eat seasonally
- Farmers Markets are a great way to get you out of a food rut
- Look at your favorite restaurant’s menus for meal planning inspiration
- Avoid seedless fruit at all costs
