On this abbreviated version Live to Walk Again Podcast we talk about the tragic incident from Monday Night Football were Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin suffered cardiac arrest after making a tackle. We chatted about not knowing the extent of the injury at the time and how we were fearing that it may be a spinal cord injury, the people we know who have suffered SCI as the result of playing football, and the effect that has on their families. We know now that Damar is awake and doesn't seem to have any neurological issues from the heart attack and we wish him and his family the best of luck moving forward!!
