Show Notes

Your host, Doug Noll, talks with the CEO of Sama, Wendy Gonzalez. Wendy's story is one of passion and purpose. Growing up in Seattle as the child of immigrants, she witnessed firsthand the power of opportunity. After a decade in consulting, Wendy felt a strong desire to make a direct impact on the world. This led her to co-found a company and, eventually, to take the helm at Sama eight years ago.

Sama stands out as a beacon of hope and opportunity. As a certified B Corp, the company's mission is to level the playing field by purposely hiring women and youth in underserved communities. Wendy and her team are dedicated to moving people out of poverty by creating jobs and providing experience in the digital economy.
