However, his career trajectory shifted dramatically when he found his way into the temporary staffing space, establishing himself as a sales VP at AtWork.
The transition from selling recreational products like golf equipment to working with people in the staffing industry was a significant one. Jason emphasized the profound impact they make in people's lives by helping them find job opportunities that support their families. It's not just about selling a product; it's about changing lives.
AtWork is not your typical staffing company. As a franchisor in the staffing industry, AtWork operates branches throughout the country to help clients find employees and vice versa.
