Roger Kulak is no stranger to the construction industry. Growing up in a construction and development family, he has a rich background in the field, complemented by a degree in organizational psychology. His career began with building data centers and commercial constructions. However, after the dot-com crash, he shifted his focus to residential development.
Roger's journey led him to New York, where he worked for a large developer, focusing on multifamily and mixed-use projects. Throughout his career, Roger has been driven by a passion for finding unconventional solutions to construction challenges.
