Show Notes
A Japanese fairy tale about a magical boy who was born from a peach.
This week, the mountain has been either shrouded in fog or drenched in sun, and we had a beautiful wolf moonrise. The fog got me thinking about how often life can feel foggy and I wrote a bit about how mindfulness can help on the blog. I also posted a video of a foggy walk with Bodhi and a picture of the moon. It's all at https://www.listentosleep.com/blog/fog-and-sun/.
