Penn State opened its spring practice on Monday for the first time in nearly two years. Sean Fitz and Tyler Donohue recap James Franklin's pre-spring comments and what we're watching from the Nittany Lions in the next few weeks. The guys are then joined by new Penn State quarterback commitment Drew Allar to get a feel for his pledge to the Nittany Lions.
