On today's episode of Felony Friday Lyn Ulbricht joins John Odermatt to discuss her son Ross Ulbricht's case. Ross, of Silk Road fame, was convicted of money laundering, computer hacking, conspiracy to traffic fraudulent identity documents, and conspiracy to traffic narcotics by means of the internet in February 2015. He is currently serving a double life sentence plus forty years without the possibility of parole.
Lyn has been working tirelessly, doing media and giving speeches to raise awareness of the injustice Ross experienced at the hands of federal agents, prosecutors and the judge. The case and the trial were rampant with corruption and rights violations. Essentially, Ross's defense wasn't permitted to present a defense!
