257. Chuck Dixon on “Clinton Cash”, and Breaking Batman’s Back

In today’s episode, host Marc Clair channels his inner fanboy and welcomes in renowned comic book writer, Chuck Dixon! Not only has Chuck worked on many well known characters in the comic book realm such as The Punisher, Batman and the Simpsons; he has also recently adapted the graphic novel edition of Peter Schweizer’s “Clinton Cash”, which breaks down the machinations of Bill and Hillary Clinton through their “charitable” organization, The Clinton Foundation.

Chuck explains how he developed a passion for the comic book medium at a young age, how he was able to break through into the “Big Time” with Marvel and DC, and what it was like to write what has become a classic Batman tale - one which saw both the introduction of the character “Bane” and the breaking of Batman’s back.
