Marcus M. is a firefighter in Norway. He has been a member of Linchpin since 2018. This year for "Murph" he decided to do a 42.2 km run, 1000 pull-ups, 2000 push-ups, 3000 air squats & another 42.2 km run. (42.2 km is a full marathon) This took him 27 hours & 50 minutes. This is his story.
